  Attorney Thomas J Newell obtained a settlement for my wife Lily after she was viciously attacked by an unrestrained dog while walking in the housing development adjacent to our own. Attorney Newell kept us informed of what was going on and how long everything should take to resolve. Our medical insurance company had a clause in our insurance that allowed them to reimbursed for their payouts related to the dog attack. But, they made a mistake and tried to get more money than they were entitled to. Attorney Newell caught their mistake and kept their payment to what they were truly owed. I cannot speak highly enough of Attorney Newell and would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking legal advice w/ regard to a dog attack or personal injury case.
